She likes to be around others,
Yet wishes to be alone.
Her emotions are a constant whirl-
Making her body begin to shutter,
Her decisions made for reasons unknown.
Yes, this girl loves to smile-
But can't anyone see what is behind,
Those brown honey eyes?
She wishes someone could care enough to stay a while-
To listen to her, give her the gift of time,
Help her figure out what's deep inside.
This girl always tries to appear strong-
A warrior, a fighter,
Who can take anything as it comes.
Giving the impression that nothing is wrong-
While deeply inside all she feels is tired,
Of taking it in all alone, will there ever be enough to make her numb?
This girl hides behind walls-
Within herself,
Afraid of the layers others might unveil.
And that is why she writes these random scrawls-
To subtly unwrap whats within- with stealth,
Pretending her reality is only surreal.
I found this poem, i thought it was good, it reminds of this girl i just met...she is fine and seems to be on top...i'm curious...wondering....and wanting to find out...there is something about this girl...that is driving me crazy...everytime i see her...now that i know her name...my mind goes wild...i feel that she is calling me...or am i just dreaming...wait...i thought...time will come...
...crap! i need to see her more and more!
